In consulting activities, technical direction and responsibility for the final project result remain with you. Our commitment is to guarantee the competencies and skills of our professionals to support state-of-the-art execution, from strategy to implementation.
Our work doesn’t end with the service activation. Our Managers conduct quarterly Service Reviews with your project leads to verify satisfaction and align output with business goals, intervening preemptively if necessary.
It is absolutely yours. All code, documentation, and outputs produced by our consultants are exclusive assets of your company. We provide the expertise to create them, but the result is yours.
We adapt to your needs with flexibility. Our teams are used to operating in Enterprise contexts in full remote, hybrid, and on-site modes. We agree on the best operational mix to favor collaboration, keeping in mind that guaranteeing flexibility and work-life balance for our employees is fundamental for us.
We comply with your security policies. Our consultants use Heliont equipment but can use devices and VPNs provided by you to access restricted environments. We define this aspect contractually to ensure immediate operation.
